Refunds

Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Membership months are not prorated, but you can cancel forward anytime. Failed tool runs auto-refund their credits.

Terms of Service

NRE reports are for business-relationship decisions only. They are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and must not be used for employment, tenancy, credit, or insurance decisions. Acceptable use: no FCRA-covered uses, no spam, and all third-party platform terms of service must be respected.

Privacy

Your data lives in an isolated workspace with database-level isolation and encrypted keys — no cross-customer sharing. When you connect your own AI provider key, requests route to the provider you chose under your agreement (BYO-key routing). Data-subject correction requests are handled through our dd-requests channel.
