Refund policy

Credit packs. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a completed tool run are non-refundable.

Memberships. Membership months are not prorated, but you may cancel forward at any time from your billing settings — no notice window and no exit fee. Unused purchased credits remain usable for 90 days.

Failed runs. If a tool run fails, its credits are refunded to your workspace automatically.
