How it works

Seven departments. One memory. Your approval.

You clicked Run my company. Here is what each department delivers, how your AI Manager plans and schedules the work, and what a first month costs — with the price shown before anything runs.

The departments

Six desks you could not afford to staff. One you could not build.

A small company cannot hire a research desk, a bids desk, a legal desk and a marketing desk. The Engine gives it all of them, priced per job, and each one starts by reading what the business already knows.

01 — Research

A research department on demand.

A cited 1–50-page report on any company, market or competitor, in 12 research types, checked by a verifier that recomputes the math and tests every citation.

380–800 credits ($38–80) per report

02 — Sales

Find customers and start the conversation.

Scored leads with a dossier each, loaded into your CRM, with personalised email drafts and a shared inbox for the replies.

8 credits ($0.80) per lead found

Sales: Find customers and start the conversation.
Describe your ideal customer. The Engine researches, scores and files real prospects into your lead database.

03 — Bids & Proposals

Never miss a tender; draft before lunch.

Live public tenders matched to your company from six public feeds, and a one-pager, deck, cheat-sheet and full proposal draft for the ones worth chasing.

350 credits ($35) per proposal kit

04 — Marketing

Content that sounds like you, on schedule.

Brand-voice posts with media queued days ahead, a daily sweep of what people say about you, and a customer chatbot trained on your own business.

Drafting and scheduling are live. The chatbot and email campaigns are in Preview for most workspaces.

2 credits ($0.20) per post

05 — Legal

Your first draft of any contract, today.

One of 26 document types — NDA, MSA, SOW, SAFE, terms of service, demand letter — drafted for your jurisdiction from your own company facts.

250 credits ($25) per document

06 — Capital

Know what it's worth and who would buy it.

A valuation workbench, an investor list and a shareable data room built from your fresh reports.

Three scenarios, every dial yours, and an assumptions ledger that records where each figure came from.

07 — Company Memory, the seventh department, has its own section below.

Your AI Manager

It proposes. You approve. Then it works to a schedule.

The departments do jobs. Your AI Manager decides which jobs, in what order, against the objectives you set — and it cannot start one without your yes.

  1. 01

    Objectives

Tell it what the quarter is for: pipeline in one region, a tender won, a product priced. Plain sentences.

  2. 02

    A proposed plan

It drafts a plan as a flow chart — what, when, how — with a credit estimate on it. You edit it, approve it or send it back. Nothing runs before that.

  3. 03

    Scheduled work

Approved steps run on a cadence: the hourly tender sweep, the daily briefing, the nightly memory consolidation. A step marked asks you pauses for your yes even after the plan is approved.

  4. 04

    Weekly review

On Monday you get the pack: a scorecard, the decisions it took, what is queued, and one question for you.

www.newrenaissancelabs.com
Your AI Manager's home: a decision queue that waits for your yes, and a mission planner that shows the plan as a flow chart before anything runs.
The decision queue and the mission planner. The plan appears as a flow chart before a single step runs; anything big or permanent waits for your yes.

There is a kill switch, and it stops everything. Autonomy is earned in steps — it starts by watching, then suggesting, then acting within a budget you set — and it is withdrawn automatically when its decisions grade poorly.

Company Memory

It remembers your business.

Brain Dump. Drop in what you have — a deck, a price list, past proposals, a folder of invoices. The Engine reads it, extracts the facts, and checks each new fact against what it already believes. Contradictions are flagged for you rather than quietly overwritten.

Every department reads this memory before it starts. The report knows your rivals. The proposal sounds like your last winning bid. The contract carries your real terms. Nothing is asked twice.

www.newrenaissancelabs.com
Company Memory drawn as a stacked map with labelled regions: rivals, theory of mind, leads and pipeline, decisions and lessons, customers, cash, supply chain, pricing, trends, valuation, reputation, competition and risk.
Company Memory as a map. Each region holds one kind of knowledge; a red halo marks a region carrying a bad verdict.

Connectors

Plug in the systems you already run.

13 data connectors are registered. Shopify sync is live today; QuickBooks Online and Stripe have their field mappings ready; the rest are registered and waiting on proof. Connected data flows into the same memory as your uploads, so the valuation reads real revenue and the sales desk knows who already bought.

The memory also models the outside world — the rivals, partners and buyers it has learned about — and ranks them by what deserves your attention next, computed from your own data without spending a credit.

The Data Connectors screen: Shopify ready to connect, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Plaid, HubSpot and Square registered, each feeding Company Memory.
Connect the systems you already run — store, books, payments — and Company Memory reads them directly. Nothing you connect is used for training.

Pricing

The price is the price.

One credit is 10¢. Every action carries a credit estimate, and you see it — with its dollar value — before you press run. An action without a price cannot run.

Reserve, settle, refund. When a job starts, the estimate is reserved. When it ships, the actual is settled, never above the reserve. If it fails, the reservation is released. You do not pay for a run that did not deliver.

Plans start at $149 a month with 1,500 credits. Every department is on every plan.

A first month for a small B2B firm
RunCreditsDollars
One research report, 10 pages380$38
50 leads found, each with a dossier400$40

One legal document — a contractor agreement250$25
20 social posts, drafted and scheduled40$4
The daily briefing, 30 days300$30

That month is 1,420 credits ($142) of metered work. It fits inside the Core plan — $149 a month for 1,500 credits — with 80 to spare.

What is live and what is not

Only what has run in production is sold as live.

Preview means built and switched on for a few workspaces. Roadmap means not built. Nothing here is sold before it is proven.
