We install and run your sales and marketing department with AI.
For less than one hire. Lead generation, outreach, content, proposals and research — set up on your own Engine workspace, in your name, and operated week to week.
Written for the chief executive of a B2B company doing $2 to $30 million a year, where the founder still carries the selling and nobody owns marketing — and who would rather have it done than learn another tool.
01 — How it runs
Audit, install, operate.
The order is the order. We do not install before we understand the business, and we do not operate what we did not install. Everything is built on a workspace set up under your company’s name, on your own plan, with your own credits; if we part ways, it stays with you, with everything in it.
01
Audit
Two to three weeks, from $5,000. A systems audit of how you sell today, your Company Memory built from your documents and your market, and a 30-page cited report on that market. You leave with a written plan and a price for the install, whether or not you continue.
02
Install
Six to twelve weeks, from $15,000. Lead generation running against your ideal customer; outreach sequences in your voice; a content calendar; proposal automation; and your dashboard, in your name, on your own workspace.
03
Operate
Monthly, from $3,000 plus a commission on closed revenue. A weekly review with you; new campaigns each month; and the AI Manager’s plan for the coming weeks, approved by you before it runs.
02 — The first month
What the first four weeks look like.
Every deliverable below is produced on your own workspace, so you can open it, read it and keep it.
| Week | What we do | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Access and interviews. We read your website, your past proposals, the emails you send most often and your CRM export, and build your Company Memory from them. | A contradiction-checked memory of your business that you can read and correct. |
| Week 2 | Research. A cited report on your market and a brief on each of your main competitors; your ideal customer written down and agreed with you. | The 30-page market report and the competitor briefs, as PDFs, each priced on your own ledger before it ran. |
| Week 3 | Findings. We walk you through what we found and what we would install, with a price. The first lead list is scored while we talk. | The written plan, and a first list of scored leads with a dossier each. |
| Week 4 | Install begins, if you continue. Outreach sequences drafted in your voice; a content calendar; your dashboard set up in your name. | The first sequences and posts, waiting for your approval. Nothing goes out without it. |
From the second month the rhythm is simple. Each week the AI Manager proposes a plan — leads to find, sequences to send, posts to queue — and nothing runs until you approve it. Each week we read the numbers with you: what ran, what it cost, what came back. Each month we propose the next campaigns and say, in writing, what we would stop.
03 — Before the first call
A brief on your top competitor and twenty-five scored leads, free.
Before the first call we send you a free five-page brief on your top competitor and twenty-five scored leads in your city. Both are produced on the same Engine you would run on, so you see the quality before you spend anything. Name the competitor and the city on the form below.
The brief covers how the competitor positions itself, what it charges where that is public, where it is strong and where it is exposed, with every claim cited. The leads come scored against the customer you describe, each with a short dossier, so you can tell in a minute whether we understood who you sell to.

04 — Pricing
You pay for judgment and outcomes, not hours.
The deliverables — the report, the lead lists, the drafts, the sequences — are produced by the Engine at a marginal cost near zero. A 30-page report is 800 credits ($80) on your own ledger, priced before it runs; a hundred scored leads are 800 credits ($80). What you pay us for is the part that is not automatic: deciding who to sell to, what to say, what to stop doing, and reading the numbers with you each week. That is why Operate carries a commission on closed revenue. We are paid when you are.
That is also what “for less than one hire” means. The audit and the install together cost less than a year of one marketing hire, and they leave you with a department that keeps running rather than a person who might leave. Operate is a monthly fee and a share of what closes, so the incentive points the same way yours does.
We cap the practice at 5 concurrent clients. Every engagement is led by the founder, and 5 is the number at which that stays true. When the practice is full, we say so.
05 — Fit
Who this is for, and who it is not.
For
- B2B companies doing $2 to $30 million a year, with founder-led sales.
- A considered purchase with a real sales cycle, and customers who would give a reference.
- An owner willing to spend an hour a week with us, and to approve what goes out in their name.
Not for
- Consumer brands, or companies that mainly need paid advertising. We do not run ads.
- Anyone who needs a promised number of meetings. We do not promise one.
- A team that wants to run the tools itself — start at pricing instead, and come back if you change your mind.
06 — The audit
Book the two-week audit.
Five questions. Ben reads every one, and the competitor brief and the twenty-five leads follow before the call.
Next step
Start with the two-week audit.
Two to three weeks, from $5,000. You leave with your Company Memory built, a 30-page report on your market and a written plan with a price for the install, whether or not you continue with us.
