Partners
Sell AI research, lead generation, proposals and content under your own brand.
We are the engine; you keep the margin.
For the owner of a marketing agency, a fractional CMO or CRO practice, a consultancy, a bid-writing shop or an accounting firm with an advisory arm: your clients already trust you to get work done in their name. The Engine does the work. The relationship, the invoice and the margin stay with you.
01 — What you resell
Seven departments, in your name.
Every partner client gets the whole Engine — the same seven departments a direct customer gets, with your brand on the console your staff use. You buy credits at wholesale and set your own retail. At Tier 1 you pay half the list price a direct customer sees.
| Department | What your client gets | Retail | Your cost · Tier 1 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Research | A cited report, one to fifty pages, on any company, market or competitor, checked by a verifier. | $80800 credits · per report | $40 |
| Sales | Scored leads with a dossier each, loaded into their CRM, with personalised email drafts. | $0.808 credits · per lead | $0.40 |
| Bids & Proposals | Live public tenders matched to their company, and a one-pager, deck, cheat-sheet and full draft for the ones worth chasing. | $35350 credits · per proposal kit | $17.50 |
| Marketing | Brand-voice posts queued days ahead, a daily sweep of what people say about them, and a chatbot trained on their business. | $0.202 credits · per post | $0.10 |
| Legal | One of 26 document types, drafted for their jurisdiction from their own company facts. | $25250 credits · per document | $12.50 |
| Capital | A valuation workbench, an investor list and a shareable data room. | metered per run | 50% of retail |
| Company Memory | The memory every other department reads first, so the tenth job is better than the first. | included | included |
02 — The arithmetic
Ten clients on a mid-size plan cost you $2,250 a month.
A direct customer on the Growth plan pays $349 for 5,000 credits. At Tier 2, the same credits cost you $225. Set your own price — the plan alone, or the plan inside a retainer that includes your team’s time — and the difference is yours. Move the numbers.
Retail for the same credits is $349. Most partners sell the plan inside a retainer.
| Per client | Credits | Costs you | You charge | Margin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Each month | 5,000 | $225 | $349 | $124 |
| Over a year | 60,000 | $2,700 | $4,188 | $1,488 |
For reference, with 10 clients at Tier 2: charging the retail price of $349 a client leaves $1,240 a month; charging $749 leaves $5,240. Figures assume each client uses the plan’s credits in full, and are before the partner seat and before your own time.
03 — The console
Your brand on the console; a new client in two minutes.
Sign in to the partner console and set your brand name, colour and logo; your staff see your brand from then on. When a client signs, pick a template and the Engine sets up their company — departments, a Company Memory, a credit ledger and an audit trail — in about two minutes.
Grant starter credits from your pool and their first job can run the same afternoon. Once a month you get one wholesale statement for the whole book.

01
Brand it
Your name, your colour, your logo. Your staff see them on every screen of the console.
02
Set up a client
Pick a template. Departments, memory, ledger and audit trail are ready in about two minutes.
03
Grant credits
Starter credits from your wholesale pool. Every run is priced before it starts, on their ledger.
04
Read the statement
One wholesale statement a month, for every client, at your tier.
Every action in every client workspace — by your staff, by the client, by their AI Manager — lands on an append-only audit trail you can filter and export. When a client asks what ran and what it cost, the answer is a download, not a meeting.

RoadmapClient-facing custom domains, branded email and branded PDFs are not built yet. Today your staff see your brand in the partner console; your clients work inside the Engine’s own chrome. We would rather you know that before you sign than after.
04 — The founding cohort
Five founding partners. Then the standard seat.
with a $250 a month minimum in credits
after the first year, and for every partner after the founding five
The first 5 partners pay nothing for the seat in their first year and commit to $250 a month in credits — roughly one client’s worth. After the first year the standard seat of $497 a month applies.
In return, founding partners get a direct line to the person who builds the Engine, and their requests shape the roadmap — the branded client surfaces above are the first thing on it. Their logo appears on this page once their first client is live.
05 — Fit
Who this is for, and who it is not.
For
- Agencies and practices with five to thirty staff and clients on retainer.
- Firms whose clients already ask them for research, leads, proposals or content.
- Bid-writing shops that lose tenders to volume, not to quality.
- Accounting firms with an advisory arm that wants something to sell alongside the year-end.
Not for
- If you want a CRM and a funnel builder, we are not that.
- If your clients are one-off projects with no retainer, the arithmetic above will not work for you.
- If you need branded client domains and PDFs on day one, wait for us — we will tell you when.
06 — Apply
Apply for a founding seat.
Five questions. We read every application ourselves, and we reply to every one.
Next step
Take one of the five founding seats.
A $0 seat for the first year with a $250 a month minimum in credits, a direct line to the builder and your requests on the roadmap. The console, the wholesale statement and the audit trail are real today.
