Who the scan is for

Canadian companies of roughly five to two hundred people that sell to government or institutions, or could: IT and management consulting, engineering, training, facilities, construction trades. If you have never bid, the scan shows you what has been passing by. If you bid regularly, it shows you what your current routine misses.
