Run it like it has a research department and an ops floor.
You already run a company. The Engine reads your own records into a Company Memory, writes you a grounded briefing every morning, researches your competitors, suppliers and customers on demand, listens for what is said about you, and writes to prospects from your own mailbox. When you raise or sell, the same memory scores your readiness and prices the company with an engine that computes every number — no model in the arithmetic.
01 — What changes on day one
Start from what only you know.
A memory built from the web alone knows what everyone knows. Yours begins with your own records, and they outrank the web.
01
Load your own records
Drop files or whole folders into Brain Dump. It reads and chunks, summarises, cluster-maps, classifies into memory layers and integrates — and you approve a credit estimate computed from real byte counts before anything runs. A chunk that fits no layer lands on an Unfiled shelf rather than being forced somewhere. Connect your Shopify store and orders, customers and products arrive on a schedule with no model in the path; upload your numbers as a CSV and a deterministic Insight Brief flags week-over-week anomalies.
02
Read the first grounded briefing
The Executive Daily Briefing scans local trends, industry trends and competitive moves and links every item to a live web source with a note on why it matters to this business. 10 credits a refresh, on a schedule and on demand. It never invents a headline; a quiet day returns fewer items, not filler.
03
Order research on a competitor or a supplier
Order a Competitive Landscape Analysis on your closest rival — 800 credits at full depth, 1 to 50 pages, cited, in minutes with a live ETA — or a Supply Chain Analysis on the supplier you depend on most. The report feeds the memory floors it concerns, and Theory of Mind can then model that rival or supplier: inferred goals, likely next moves, your best response.

02 — Research on demand
A research department that cites its sources.
Theory of Mind
For each rival, customer, prospect, supplier, partner and key person the engine keeps a game-theoretic opponent model: inferred goals with evidence, probability-weighted next moves with early-warning signals, your best response, points of leverage, and the test that would prove the model wrong. Priority, importance and impact are computed deterministically from your own data — no model, no credits — and every row explains its score.

The DILIGENCE ENGINE™ desk
15 orderable report types: 12 web-research papers at 800 credits, and data-grounded internal reports at 400 — an Internal Sales Performance Report from your connected store, a Lead Database Intelligence Report from a lead folder. Choose a depth from 1 to 50 pages; the price scales with depth and a shorter report is always cheaper. Each paper arrives as a branded, citation-first PDF with a bibliography, and a machine-readable appendix writes its facts into the memory floors it concerns. A finished paper can be studied back into memory for 200 credits; any floor can be summarised in an executive summary for 400.

03 — When you raise or sell
The same memory does the arithmetic.
Capital Command and the Valuation Workbench
Capital Command scores your readiness for capital from 0 to 100, deterministically — no language model — from the reports you hold, the thickness of the memory floors an investor will ask about, your financial intake, how fresh it all is, and whether valuation scenarios exist. Every unearned point is a named gap with the one link that closes it.
The Valuation Workbench computes every number: discounted cash flow with a discount-rate build-up; revenue, EBITDA and SDE multiples; unit economics that return blanks rather than guesses; a round modeller with option pool and SAFE conversion; a sensitivity grid; a football field. The assumptions ledger names the source of every driver. Investor discovery runs as live web research with citations and files candidates into your CRM; a data room reuses the reports you already hold, opens by a token link with an optional password and expiry, stamps a per-visitor watermark, and shows you who read which section and for how long.

No model computes a figure. The engine computes; a model may only narrate what the engine produced.
04 — The departments you get
Listen first. Then write, from your own address.
Company Memory
14 floors from Market Demand to Theory of Mind, each with its own data contract and 3D map. Brain Dump for your records, Shopify sync and CSV for your numbers, the Layer Foundry to design a custom floor for 250 credits, and a portable Mind File.
Department of Intelligence
The DILIGENCE ENGINE™ with 15 report types, the Executive Daily Briefing, purpose-gated Private Investigation, the Legal Department with 26 document types at 250 credits, and Event Finder.
Brand Radar
Your brand, hashtags and competitors swept across 14 source types — the open web and news, Google reviews, Judge.me, Trustpilot, Yelp, Reddit, forums and more. A reputation score with the evidence underneath, a spike alarm, proof of life per source, and an AI-visibility scan of what the connected models say about you. Replies are drafted, never auto-sent.
Outreach from your own mailbox
Connect the mailboxes you already send from — a Google Workspace app password, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any SMTP server — verified live before they are stored, sealed, never logged. A campaign writes one fresh plain-text email per lead from that lead’s own research, rotates across your sender pool, ramps each mailbox as it stays healthy, and carries a one-click unsubscribe. You preview; you activate.
Lead Generator, CRM and RFP Radar
Prospects by plain-English geography at 8 credits per lead found, scored with a reason and cited; a CRM with deals by stage; and public procurement swept for the work you describe, with a four-asset proposal kit for 350 credits in your house style. Nothing sends.
Daemon Operator and Social Media Poster
Objectives with an envelope, plans drawn as flow charts you approve, a five-minute patrol that usually costs nothing, and a Monday pack with at most one question; plus drafts for 12 platforms on a real cadence, waiting for you to mark them ready.
05 — Governance
Your records stay yours. Your money moves in a ledger.
Enforced in the database or the application layer, not in a prompt.
No training on your data, no model in the path
In the product’s own words: no AI ever touches the ingestion path, and nothing you connect is ever used for training. Card and bank numbers are never fetched. Your workspace is fenced by row-level security on all 167 tables.
Sealed credentials, consent on every send
Mailbox passwords and platform tokens are sealed before they reach the database and never logged. Every outreach message carries a CASL and CAN-SPAM footer with your identity and an unsubscribe link; an unsubscribe or a bounce suppresses the address across every campaign. Nothing sends until you activate.
Price first, refund on failure
The estimate is shown before every metered run. The run reserves it, settles at the actual cost and releases the rest; a failed run refunds in full; an overrun is absorbed by the platform and never charged.
In-house AI, receipts in cents
AI runs on in-house keys across 8 providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Qwen, Moonshot, Z.ai — with per-prompt model pins. You manage no provider account, and every job carries an AI receipt in cents.
06 — What it costs
A first month, priced from the sheet.
Growth is $349 a month for 5,000 credits — a plausible first month for an owner who wants research on three counterparties, a briefing every morning and a first list of prospects.
