White-label & partner programme · Consultants

Run every client engagement on a harness.

A consulting engagement is a set of objectives, a plan, a cadence and a report. The harness gives each client company an AI manager that holds exactly that: objectives with key results, missions drafted as flow charts the client approves, a tactical floor that runs the safe steps and parks the rest at a gate, and a Monday pack with one question. Your firm runs it under its own name and reviews the pack; the Engine does the week.

01 — What you resell or run

An operating cadence, per client, with receipts.

Each client is a workspace under the firm’s row. Inside it, the Daemon Operator is the engagement itself: the objectives you agreed, the missions the manager proposes, the floor where approved work runs, and the weekly pack the client reads in five minutes. The loop is switched on per client by our operator; missions run only once the client approves them.

Strategic Objectives

Live

Objectives with a north star, key results, a priority and a horizon. Each mission is drafted as a flow chart of research, create, schedule, execute, track and decision steps with branch, wait, repeat, for-each, ask and notify controls — 12 node kinds — and waits for approval, edits or a decline with a reason. An AI-drafted plan costs 15 credits.

Tactical Operations

Live

The floor where approved missions run: an operations board of work in progress, queued, done and needing attention; a live diary in plain sentences; the five-minute patrol's heartbeat; AI receipts per model call; and a kill switch that halts everything within one tick.

The Monday pack

Live

A weekly briefing composed in SQL: tasks finished and failed, things remembered, lessons learned including every time the client said no, the decisions taken, the reserved queue, and at most one question. Silence applies the standing rule; every response is minuted.

The research desk

Live

15 report types for the diagnostic phase: Executive Business Summary, Competitive Landscape, Market Demand, Risk, Pricing and the rest, at 800 credits at full depth and cheaper shorter, in minutes with a live ETA. Each captures into the 14 memory floors.

Brand Radar

Live

Mentions across 14 source types, a Reputation Score, share of voice against competitor terms, memory impact, and AI-visibility scans that ask each provider behind the router what it says about the client and its rivals.

Outreach from the client's own mailbox

Live

Campaigns that write a fresh, plain-text email to every lead in a folder from the client's connected mailbox, inside a daily limit and a send window, with a warm-up ramp and a one-click unsubscribe on every message. The engine never activates a campaign itself.

8 command playbooks

Live

Ready-made missions a consultant can file on day one: guard the reviews, watch the competition, wake up quiet customers, open a wholesale channel, show up where customers are, and more. Each carries a metric, a horizon and seed steps.

Performance & Learning

Live

The manager's report card: decisions graded twice, for the thinking and for the result; whether its predictions came true; the lessons it applied most; and how many of the client's minutes it spent, counted from the minutes rather than estimated.

02 — A client engagement, end to end

Diagnose. Plan. Operate and report.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Provision the client's workspace and order the diagnostic set: Executive Business Summary, Competitive Landscape, Market Demand & Customer Analysis, Risk Assessment. Each runs in minutes and captures its entities into Company Memory, so the engagement's facts live in the client's own memory rather than in the consultant's slide deck. Theory of Mind models the rivals and customers the reports named.

  2. 02

    Plan

File the engagement's objectives with key results and priorities. State the intent of each mission; the manager drafts it as a flow chart bound only to real actions, with a price per step and a gate on anything that contacts the outside world. The consultant edits the chart in the planner; the client approves it, asks for changes, or declines with a reason that becomes a lesson.

  3. 03

    Operate and report

Safe steps run on the floor from the one-minute executor; gated steps wait for a click. The five-minute patrol watches for error spikes and drift, usually for zero tokens. On Monday the pack arrives with the scorecard and one question; the consultant's weekly review of it is the service. Performance & Learning shows, in the client's own numbers, whether the manager is earning its freedom.

Nothing irreversible without a yes

Approving a plan never approves a gate. Every step is invoked unconfirmed, so the live risk class decides: safe steps execute, and anything that confirms or spends parks until the client releases it. Publishing, sending, enrolling and calling are gated by construction. A mandate of reserved matters, brand voice, a never-do list and an owner-minutes budget sits above it all and can only be ratified by the client.

A consultant who serves ten clients reads ten Monday packs, each composed from that client’s own rows. The packs, the floors and the memories are isolated per workspace under row-level security, and the monthly statement counts the credits the firm granted across all of them.

04 — Programme terms

Your retainer, our statement.

The firm sells the engagement at its own price and grants each client the credits its plan carries; the statement between us counts those credits at the firm’s tier. A client on the Growth allotment of 5,000 credits a month can run a diagnostic set of four full-depth reports and still have the credits for a month of missions, radar sweeps and outreach drafts.

Programme terms, as implemented in the partner console
TermAs it runs today
Wholesale tiersTier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%. Retail is 10¢ per credit; the tier is set on your partner row.
Starter credits per provisionChosen per client at provisioning, defaulting to the plan's monthly allotment. Partner-initiated grants are capped at 100,000 credits per provision; every grant is an append-only ledger row.
Plan builderPlans live on your partner record: a name, a monthly price, a monthly credit allotment and a tool list. You set the price your clients pay; the Engine's retail prices never appear in that conversation.
Statement cadenceMonthly. Credits granted in the month × 10¢ × your tier, computed from the ledger by the same function on the server and in the console.
Templatesgeneric-smb · ecommerce · local-service — each records the client workspace's tool set, task cadence and generation defaults at provisioning.

RoadmapToday your staff’s hub chrome carries your brand name and colour; your clients run on the Engine’s chrome, and reports, drafts and mail carry the Engine’s theme. Client-facing domain theming, branded transactional email and PDFs, session-level impersonation, self-serve partner signup and client invitations are roadmap items we build on request.
