White-label & partner programme · Private equity firms
An operating layer for every platform company, under the firm’s name.
Provision a workspace for each platform company from a template with starter credits. Give each one its own AI manager, research desk, deal-flow tools and capital tools. Diligence the next target with the same engine. Settle one wholesale statement a month. Your operating partners see the firm’s brand in the hub; the governance underneath is ours, and it runs the same way in every company.
01 — What you resell or run
The harness, one row per platform company.
A private equity harness runs every company in a portfolio and the portfolio itself. As a partner, the firm holds the row above the companies: it provisions them, funds them with starter credits, chooses the template that records their tool set and cadence, and reads the statement. Inside each company the operating lead gets the full Engine: an AI manager that plans and asks before it acts, a Department of Intelligence, B2B DealFlow, Fundraising & Investments, Social & Online Presence, and a fourteen-floor Company Memory that every report feeds.
Company provisioning from templates
LiveOne audited action per platform company: the workspace row, its tool set and cadence recorded from the template, and starter credits as a wholesale grant (capped at 100,000 credits per provision for partner seats). Each company is isolated under row-level security.
The AI manager in each company
LiveStrategic Objectives with key results; missions drafted as flow charts the operating lead approves, edits or declines; a tactical floor that runs safe steps and parks anything irreversible at a gate; a five-minute patrol; the Monday pack; a kill switch. The loop is switched on per company by our operator.
DILIGENCE ENGINE™ on targets
Live15 report types: 12 web-research types at 800 credits with a depth of 1–50 pages, and three internal types at 400. Investment Analysis, Executive Diligence, Risk Assessment and Game Theory among them, delivered in minutes with a live ETA.
Private Investigation on people
LivePurpose-gated research on principals and counterparties from the live public web: standard 1,200 credits, deep 2,800, background check 600. Employment, tenancy, credit, insurance and licensing purposes are refused server-side.
Capital tools, both sides of the table
LiveCapital Command's fundability score, the Valuation Workbench, Investor Finder and token-gated Data Rooms on the sell side; the Investment Thesis and the Wolf Hunt pipeline board on the buy side. The Fundraising & Investments wing is enabled per company by our operator.
Balance and burn across the book
LiveYour console lists every company under your row and the month's statement. Our operator's control plane reads balance, reserved credits and 30-day burn across all of them, gifts credits and sets the live price sheet. A partner-side cross-company cockpit is roadmap work.

02 — A client engagement, end to end
Close. Operate. Diligence the next one.
01
Close, then provision
The week a platform company closes, provision its workspace under the firm's row from the template that fits it, with the starter credits its plan carries. Order the first reports on the company itself: the Executive Business Summary, Competitive Landscape and Risk Assessment each capture their entities into Company Memory, so the AI manager starts with the facts of the business rather than a blank page.
02
Operate under a mandate
File the value-creation plan as Strategic Objectives with key results and a priority. The AI manager drafts each mission as a flow chart; the operating lead approves, edits or declines it with a reason. Safe steps run on the tactical floor; anything that contacts the outside world, or that the registry classes as needing confirmation, waits at a gate for a click. Monday brings a five-minute pack with at most one question.
03
Diligence the next target, read the book
Targets go through the Investment Thesis and the 15 report types; their principals through Private Investigation with a stated purpose. When it is time to sell, a Data Room is built from the company's fresh reports and tells you who actually read it. Month end, the firm reads its wholesale statement; our operator reads balance and burn across every company.
03 — The deal side
Both sides of the table, inside each company.
Raise, value, open the room
Capital Command scores a company’s readiness to raise from five bars — financial intake, memory coverage, report freshness, valuation scenarios and room assets — and lists every gap with a link to the page that closes it. The score is computed by the engine, not by a model. The Valuation Workbench prices the company from its own numbers with an assumptions ledger that records where each driver came from.
A Data Room is one token-gated link with an optional password and expiry, a per-visitor watermark, and an engagement heat score built from return visits, dwell, questions and downloads. It reuses a finished report that is still fresh before it spends a credit on a new one.

Hunt with a mandate
Nothing on the buy side runs until a thesis is saved: mandate, sectors, geographies, size, deal types, must-haves, red lines and scoring weights. Targets sit on the Wolf Hunt pipeline board and move through its stages by hand; the diligence suite runs on a target from the Department of Intelligence, and a target can be priced in the Valuation Workbench from its card.
The firm’s own solution page describes the operator’s control plane in more depth: claimable company provisioning, the live price sheet, gifts, global broadcast and cross-company audit.

04 — Programme terms
Wholesale credits, one statement a month.
The firm pays its tier on every credit it grants to a platform company (Tier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%) and charges the company, or the fund, whatever its own plan says. The statement is computed from the ledger, never estimated, and the money laws hold inside every company: price shown before each run, reserve then settle then release, failed runs refunded in full, overruns absorbed by the platform.
| Term | As it runs today |
|---|---|
| Wholesale tiers | Tier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%. Retail is 10¢ per credit; the tier is set on your partner row. |
| Starter credits per provision | Chosen per client at provisioning, defaulting to the plan's monthly allotment. Partner-initiated grants are capped at 100,000 credits per provision; every grant is an append-only ledger row. |
| Plan builder | Plans live on your partner record: a name, a monthly price, a monthly credit allotment and a tool list. You set the price your clients pay; the Engine's retail prices never appear in that conversation. |
| Statement cadence | Monthly. Credits granted in the month × 10¢ × your tier, computed from the ledger by the same function on the server and in the console. |
| Templates | generic-smb · ecommerce · local-service — each records the client workspace's tool set, task cadence and generation defaults at provisioning. |
RoadmapToday your staff’s hub chrome carries your brand name and colour; your clients run on the Engine’s chrome, and reports, drafts and mail carry the Engine’s theme. Client-facing domain theming, branded transactional email and PDFs, session-level impersonation, self-serve partner signup and client invitations are roadmap items we build on request.
