White-label & partner programme
You bring the relationships. We bring the harness.
Firms that already serve businesses run the New Renaissance Engine under their own name for the companies they serve. A partner row sits above the client workspaces; your staff see your brand in the hub; the plans and the prices are yours; one wholesale statement settles the month. Every client company still gets its own AI manager, AI workforce, memory, ledger and audit trail, and nothing irreversible runs in it without a human yes.
01 — How the programme works
Five beats from application to statement.
The programme is a short sequence of rows in our database, and each client provision is one audited action. There is no separate partner product to learn: the console is one page in the same hub your staff will use for their clients, and the statement is computed from the same ledger that meters every report, draft and lead.
01
Apply
Tell us who you serve, roughly how many companies, and which engagement template fits most of them. The programme is operated with you, not self-serve: a partner row is created by our operator, never by a form.
02
Partner row and tier
We create your partner record: your company name, the client-facing brand name, a slug and a wholesale tier (Tier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%). Your staff are seated on the row; from that moment the hub shows your brand in their chrome.
03
Brand, plans, templates
In the partner console you set the logo URL, from-email, custom-domain field and primary colour token; build plans with a name, a monthly price, a credit allotment and a tool list; and decide which of the three templates each kind of client receives.
04
Provision clients
One audited action per client: the workspace row, its settings from the template, and starter credits written to the append-only ledger as a wholesale grant. Partner-initiated grants are capped at 100,000 credits per provision.
05
Monthly wholesale statement
Credits granted in the month × 10¢ × your tier, computed from the ledger by the same function on the server and in the console. You invoice your clients at your prices; we invoice you at wholesale.

02 — The economics
Retail is 10¢ a credit. You pay your tier. The margin is yours.
Every metered action on the Engine is priced in credits, and a credit retails at 10¢. A partner pays a fraction of retail on every credit it grants to a client (Tier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%) and sets its own plan prices on top. The statement is not estimated: it is the month’s wholesale-grant rows, multiplied by retail, multiplied by your tier.
The ledger opposite works one case through. A partner on Tier 2 provisions 10 clients at 5,000 credits a month each, the Engine’s Growth allotment. The retail value of those grants is $5,000; the partner owes 45% of it, $2,250, or $225 per client. What the partner charges for the plan that carries those credits is the partner’s decision, and the difference is the partner’s margin.
For reference, the Engine’s direct plans are Core $149 a month for 1,500 credits, Growth $349 a month for 5,000 credits, Scale $749 a month for 12,000 credits; credit packs come in 500, 2,000, 8,000. Your plans can sit anywhere you choose relative to them.
| Line | Arithmetic | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Clients provisioned | — | 10 |
| Credits granted per client, per month | the Growth allotment | 5,000 |
| Credits granted in the month | 10 × 5,000 | 50,000 |
| Retail value | 50,000 × $0.10 | $5,000 |
| Wholesale owed at Tier 2 | $5,000 × 45% | $2,250 |
| Wholesale per client | $2,250 ÷ 10 | $225 |
| Your plan price | set by you | — |
| Your margin per client | plan price − $225 | yours |
| Tier | Partner pays | Per credit | Per client on 5,000 credits / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 50% of retail | 5¢ | $250 |
| Tier 2 | 45% of retail | 4.5¢ | $225 |
| Tier 3 | 40% of retail | 4¢ | $200 |
The money laws apply to your clients exactly as they apply to ours. The price is shown before every metered run. Credits are reserved, settled at actual cost and released in full when a run fails. An overrun is absorbed by the platform and never charged. Every movement is one append-only row that your client can read in their billing panel and that your seats can reach across your nation.
03 — What is branded today
Stated as it runs, not as it is planned.
The white-label layer below is the layer in production. Live means it runs today for every partner. Where something is not built, it appears in the ledger that follows under Roadmap, and it is sold as bespoke work on the Consulting page, never implied here.
The partner row
LiveCompany name, the client-facing brand name, a slug, a wholesale tier and a status, created by our operator. Every client you bring is a workspace under that row.
Branding editor
LiveBrand name, logo URL, from-email, a custom-domain field and the primary colour token, edited from the console. A domain change resets its verification flag.
Your staff, in your brand
LivePartner seats see your brand name and primary colour in the hub chrome, and a Partner group in the navigation that opens the console.
Plan builder
LivePlans stored on your partner record: a name, a monthly price, a monthly credit allotment and the tools included. They are the basis for provisioning and for your own invoicing.
Template provisioning
LiveClient workspaces created from generic-smb, ecommerce, local-service with starter credits as a wholesale grant, capped at 100,000 credits per provision for partner seats.
Client list and statement
LiveEvery client under your row, and the month's wholesale grants priced at your tier: credits granted × 10¢ × 50%, 45% or 40% of retail.
Isolation
LivePartner actions are pinned to the partner in the session, so one partner can never brand, provision or read another. Each client workspace is isolated under row-level security; partner seats reach their own nation.
Brand-leak CI scan
LiveThe build fails if the Engine's own name is hard-coded into a tenant-facing render path. Themed fallbacks are the permitted form, so a client surface pulls its brand from the theme, never from a literal.
Nation aggregate and announcements
LiveA read-out of member company names and the month's credit emission against a nation budget, and an announcement banner to every member company. Today our operator issues both on your behalf.
03.1 — Today and next
| Capability | Today | Next |
|---|---|---|
| Where the brand reaches | Partner staff see your brand in the hub chrome. Your clients run on the Engine's chrome. | RoadmapClient-facing domain theming: host to partner to theme, so a client on your domain sees your brand. |
| Documents and mail | Reports, legal drafts and transactional mail carry the Engine's theme and sender. | RoadmapBranded transactional email from your from-email, and branded PDFs rendered with your tokens. |
| Working inside a client | Partner seats reach every client workspace at the database layer; impersonation writes an audited record. | RoadmapSession-level impersonation and an in-app switch between client workspaces. |
| Partner onboarding | Our operator creates the partner row and seats your staff. | RoadmapSelf-serve partner signup and seat management from the console. |
| Client access | A provisioned workspace is reached through partner seats; a client's own login is set up by our operator on request. | RoadmapClient invitations: the client claims their workspace with their own email. |
