Solutions · First-time small business owners
Everything to set up and run a small business, in one place.
A local service, a shop, a store online. The Engine sets it up with you, finds customers by the city, writes to them from your own mailbox, answers visitors on your website from your own records, drafts your contracts and your listings, and watches what is said about you. Every run shows its price in credits before it starts, and you are charged only for what was actually found or done.
01 — What changes on day one
Set it up in an afternoon. Have customers to call by the evening.
Three workflows, each naming the surface it runs on and what it costs — the product does the same before every click.
01
Set it up
The setup survey asks for your business name, website, what you sell and a short description, and creates your brand — the company the engine runs — with a seeded Company Memory. The Setup & Onboarding boards give you a kanban per feature with checklists that save as you go. If you sell online through Shopify, connect the store and your orders, customers and products arrive on a schedule with no model in the path.
02
Find the first customers by the city
Tell the Lead Generator who you sell to and where, in plain English — “independent cafés across the Fraser Valley” — and the pre-flight resolves the area to real cities and shows the city list, the expected number of leads and the credit estimate before anything runs. Each lead costs 8 credits, charged only for leads actually found. A website, an email or a phone number that cannot be found stays blank; it is never invented.
03
Put the paperwork and the shopfront in order
Draft a supplier agreement or your terms of service in the Legal Department for 250 credits — you name the governing jurisdiction, your lawyer reviews. Train the Chatbot once on your own business for 150 credits and put it on your website; each visitor turn is 2 credits, billed to you, never to the visitor. Draft your marketplace listings and your first week of social posts.

02 — How it runs
Find them, write to them, answer them, and hear what they say.
The Lead Database, the CRM and outreach from your own mailbox
Every lead you generate or import lands in the Lead Database, organised into folders by business, with a status funnel from new to qualified to converted. Each lead carries its source citations, a 0–100 fit score with the reason, and what it cost to find. Qualified leads become CRM contacts on their own; the CRM keeps contacts, deals by stage and a timeline of every touch. From a lead, one click drafts a first email for your approval.
Outreach campaigns send from your own mailbox — a Google Workspace app password, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any SMTP server — at a pace that protects your domain: a low daily cap that ramps as the mailbox stays healthy, send times jittered inside your chosen window, weekdays only if you want. Each email is written fresh for that lead from its research, carries a one-click unsubscribe, and nothing sends until you activate the campaign. Replies land in your own inbox, because the mail was sent from it.

The Legal Department and the Chatbot
26 document types in 6 groups: a supplier agreement, a contractor agreement, a mutual NDA, terms of service, a privacy policy, a demand letter and more, written from your own records. A fact it does not have becomes a bracketed blank, and a section named “Points to confirm with counsel” flags what needs a lawyer. Every draft carries a non-removable disclaimer; the Engine never signs, files or sends.
The Chatbot is trained once: the engine compiles the parts of your Company Memory you permit into a customer-safe brief you read in full before going live. It never searches the web and never invents an answer; when the brief does not cover a question it says so and points to the handoff you set. You set spend caps per session, per day and per minute, the topics it refuses before any model runs, and who can use it — public, unlisted, password, or only from your own domains. Out of credits, it declines and no model is called. Share it by link or embed it on your site with one script tag.

Brand Radar
Your name, your hashtags and your competitors, swept across 14 source types — the open web and news, Google reviews, Judge.me, Trustpilot, Yelp, Reddit, Facebook groups and pages, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and niche forums — plus any link you paste. Where a direct review reader exists, the star rating is the reviewer’s verdict, not a model’s guess. Mentions roll into a reputation score, a volume timeline, a sentiment split and a spike alarm; every source shows when it was last swept and what it found, and a field that was not observed renders as a dash. Replies are drafted for you and never auto-sent.

03 — The departments you get
Answer, appear, list, post, listen.
The surfaces a business on the street and on the web uses every week. Where a platform forbids automation, the Engine says so and hands you the draft.
Lead Generator
Prospects by plain-English geography at 8 credits per lead found. Scored 0–100 with a reason, cited, unknown fields left blank. Import a list you already have and its headers become research columns.
Lead Database and CRM
Folders by business, a status funnel, per-lead cost and score, one-click conversion into a CRM with contacts, deals by stage and a timeline.
Outreach from your own mailbox
One fresh email per lead, from the mailbox you already use, with warm-up, rotation, jittered send times and a one-click unsubscribe on every message. You activate; nothing sends itself.
Chatbot
Train once for 150 credits; 2 credits a visitor turn. Answers only from the brief you approved, refuses the topics you block, respects the spend caps you set, and hands off when it does not know.
Event Finder
Your city, a radius, your interests and a budget. A short metered scan keeps a list of real upcoming events, each fit-scored 0–100 with the reason, for you to save, book, attend or dismiss. Undated or invented items are dropped.
Classifieds Poster
Drafts for Kijiji, Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace — title, body, price, category, location — as a post pack with a deep link to each marketplace’s own posting page and a copy button. None of them allows automated posting, so you post; the Engine drafts.
Legal Department
26 document types at 250 credits a draft, jurisdiction required, disclaimer non-removable. Working drafts for your lawyer, never signed or sent.
Social Media Poster
One prompt, drafts for the platforms you pick — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky and 8 more for drafting and scheduling — on a real cadence of weekdays, times and timezone. “Publish without asking me” is off by default; drafts wait for you to mark them ready.
Brand Radar and the daily briefing
Your name across 14 source types rolled into a reputation score, and an Executive Daily Briefing of local trends, industry trends and competitive moves for 10 credits a refresh — every item linked to a live source.
04 — Governance
No surprises on the bill. No posts you did not approve.
Four rules, enforced in the ledger and the action registry rather than promised in a prompt.
Price first, refund on failure
Every metered run shows its estimate before you click. The run reserves that amount, settles at the actual cost and releases the rest; a failed run refunds in full; an overrun is absorbed by the platform and never charged.
Charged for what was found
A lead run reserves against the number of leads expected and settles on the number actually found, at 8 credits each. The chatbot bills the workspace that published it, per turn, and stops when the credits stop.
Nothing goes out without you
Outreach sends only after you activate a campaign. Social drafts wait to be marked ready. Classifieds are posted by you. Radar replies are drafted, never auto-sent. Every message that does go out carries your identity and an unsubscribe link.
Your business, fenced
Your workspace is isolated by row-level security on all 167 tables, your mailbox credentials are sealed and never logged, and AI runs on in-house keys — you manage no provider account. Every job carries a receipt in cents.
Price shown before every metered run. Reserve, settle, release. Failed runs refund in full. Overruns are absorbed by the platform, never charged.
