White-label & partner programme · Marketing agencies
A governed growth stack for every client.
Lead generation at a known price per lead found, outreach that sends from the client’s own mailbox with an unsubscribe on every message, social drafting and scheduling for 12 platforms, a chatbot trained on the client’s business (in preview), and a radar that hears what is said about it, including by the AI assistants. Each client is its own workspace under the agency’s row, and every metered action shows its price before it runs.
01 — What you resell or run
The B2B DealFlow and Online Presence departments, per client.
An agency provisions one workspace per client from the ecommerce or local-service template, connects the client’s mailbox and brand record, and runs the departments below as the account team. Drafts are previewed before they send, nothing publishes without a human yes unless the client switches that on, and bounced or unsubscribed addresses are never targeted again.
Lead Generator
LiveDescribe who the client sells to and where, in plain English; the engine lists the cities, estimates the cost, then researches and scores real businesses. 8 credits per lead actually found; a field it cannot find stays blank, never invented. CSV import for lists the client already has.
Outreach from the client's mailbox
LiveA campaign writes a fresh, plain-text email to every lead in a folder from the client's own connected mailbox, inside a daily limit and a send window, rotating across connected mailboxes with a warm-up ramp. A CASL and CAN-SPAM footer and a one-click unsubscribe on every message. The agency previews drafts; a human activates.
Social Media Poster
LiveDrafting and scheduling for 12 platforms from one prompt, written to each platform's shape, on a real weekday-and-time cadence. "Publish without asking me" is off by default. Scheduling and drafting; publishing connectors roll out per platform.
Chatbot
PreviewTrained once from the client's permitted memory into a customer-safe brief for 150 credits; each visitor turn 2 credits, billed to the client's workspace, never the visitor. Blocked topics refused before the model, spend caps per session and per day, a handoff link, an embed for the client's own site. Feature-flagged; switched on by our operator.
Brand Radar and AI visibility
LiveMentions across 14 source types with proof of life per source, a Reputation Score, share of voice against competitor terms, drafted replies that never auto-send, and AI-visibility scans that record whether each provider behind the router names the client or its rivals.
Classifieds drafts
LiveListing drafts for Kijiji, Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace with a deep link to each marketplace's posting page and a copy button. Those marketplaces forbid automated posting, so the human posts and pastes the live link back.
Ads experiment design
LiveExperiments with variants drafted from the client's brand voice — platform, headline, primary text, call to action. Nothing launches or spends from the Engine; media spend stays on the client's own ad accounts.
Lead Database and CRM
LiveEvery generated or imported lead in folders by client, with a funnel from new to converted; qualified leads land in the CRM as contacts with a fit score. The Lead Database Intelligence Report at 400 credits reads one folder and builds the Leads & Pipeline memory floor.

02 — A client engagement, end to end
Set up. Fill the pipeline. Hold the presence.
01
Set up the client
Provision the workspace from the template that fits, write the brand record and voice, and connect the client's mailbox over SMTP with an app password; the connection is verified live before it is stored, sealed. Order a Market Demand & Customer Analysis and a Competitive Landscape so the memory knows the segments and the rivals before any copy is written.
02
Fill the pipeline
Run the Lead Generator by geography and ideal customer profile with the estimate shown first; qualified leads flow into the CRM. Create a campaign on the folder with a customization prompt, a daily limit and a window; preview sample drafts; the client or the agency activates it. Replies land in the client's own inbox because the mail went from the client's own mailbox.
03
Hold the presence
Set the social cadence and let the autopilot draft for the platforms the client uses, marking posts ready by hand or switching on publish-without-asking. Put the brand, its hashtags and its competitors on the radar, run an AI-visibility scan each month, and close the month with a Lead Database Intelligence Report at 400 credits that reads the pipeline the agency built.

03 — Publishing, stated exactly
Drafting and scheduling for 12 platforms.
The Social Media Poster writes one idea into every selected platform’s own shape and length, picks media from the client’s library, sets a real publish time from the cadence, and queues the post. A publish gate checks banned terms, required disclaimers and hashtag caps, and a violation means regenerate, never publish. A platform with no connection queues the post and waits.
Publishing itself is a connector per platform. Facebook publishes today through a worker; Reddit has an in-app publisher behind a feature flag; the others queue until their connectors roll out. Sell drafting and scheduling as the product; treat publishing as the connector list it is.
Cold prospecting and customer broadcast are kept apart on purpose, because they rest on different consent. The Personalized Email Campaign for a client’s own subscribed customers exists as a Preview surface, switched on per workspace.

The consent spine
Every outreach email carries a plain-text footer with the sender’s identity and an unsubscribe link, plus a List-Unsubscribe header. An unsubscribe suppresses the address across every campaign in the workspace. Bounces mark the lead, and repeated transport failures pause the mailbox rather than burn its reputation. Lead email addresses are recorded as unverified until a person marks them otherwise; the Engine does not claim to verify them.
04 — Programme terms
Retainers are yours. The statement is ours.
A client on the Growth allotment of 5,000 credits a month can fund 625 researched leads, or a smaller list with a social cadence, a month of radar sweeps and the closing report. The agency sets the retainer; the statement between us counts the credits the agency granted, at its tier.
| Term | As it runs today |
|---|---|
| Wholesale tiers | Tier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%. Retail is 10¢ per credit; the tier is set on your partner row. |
| Starter credits per provision | Chosen per client at provisioning, defaulting to the plan's monthly allotment. Partner-initiated grants are capped at 100,000 credits per provision; every grant is an append-only ledger row. |
| Plan builder | Plans live on your partner record: a name, a monthly price, a monthly credit allotment and a tool list. You set the price your clients pay; the Engine's retail prices never appear in that conversation. |
| Statement cadence | Monthly. Credits granted in the month × 10¢ × your tier, computed from the ledger by the same function on the server and in the console. |
| Templates | generic-smb · ecommerce · local-service — each records the client workspace's tool set, task cadence and generation defaults at provisioning. |
RoadmapToday your staff’s hub chrome carries your brand name and colour; your clients run on the Engine’s chrome, and reports, drafts and mail carry the Engine’s theme. Client-facing domain theming, branded transactional email and PDFs, session-level impersonation, self-serve partner signup and client invitations are roadmap items we build on request.
