White-label & partner programme · Communities of businesses
One harness for a community of businesses.
A chamber of commerce, an incubator, a franchisor, an association or a cohort programme serves many small companies at once and needs each of them to run well. The partner programme gives the community one row above all of them: provision each member from a template with starter credits, announce to the whole membership, put a curriculum in front of them, and settle one wholesale statement a month while each member keeps its own AI manager, memory and ledger.
01 — What you resell or run
A membership benefit that runs the member’s business.
The unit of the programme is the member company’s workspace. The community chooses the template, sets the starter credits and the plan, and reads the statement. The member opens a Command Center that is theirs alone: an AI manager that plans and asks before it acts, a research desk that works in minutes, lead generation by geography, a legal drafting floor, a social poster and a radar. The community never sees one member’s data from another’s workspace, and one partner never sees another partner’s nation.
Template provisioning
LiveEach member company is one audited action: a workspace from generic-smb, ecommerce, local-service, its tool set and cadence recorded from the template, and starter credits as a wholesale grant, capped at 100,000 credits per provision. Every member is isolated from every other under row-level security.
Announcements to every member
LiveA nation-scope announcement — an event, a season, a notice — lands as a banner for every member of every company under your row, with an acknowledgement per reader. Today our operator issues it on your behalf from the console; a self-serve nation seat for your staff is roadmap work.
The Academy
PreviewFounder's Ascension: 13 quests across 6 acts, from Genesis, the founding conversation, to planning an exit. Learn the principle, apply it in the member's real workspace, prove it, and earn real credits — 1,140 across the curriculum — with verifiable certificates per act. Feature-flagged; switched on by our operator.
Wholesale tiers and member plans
LiveTier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%. The community builds its own member plans in the plan builder — a name, a monthly price, a credit allotment and a tool list — and prices membership however it likes.
A full harness per member
LiveEvery member company gets its own AI manager, the Department of Intelligence with 15 report types and 26 legal document types, B2B DealFlow, Social & Online Presence and a 14-floor Company Memory. Nothing irreversible runs in it without the member's yes.
Your staff, in your brand
LiveThe community's seats see its brand name and primary colour in the hub chrome and a Partner group that opens the console: the branding editor, the plan builder, the client list, provisioning and the wholesale statement.

02 — A client engagement, end to end
Onboard a cohort. Run the programme. Settle the month.
01
Onboard a cohort
For each member, pick the template that matches what they sell and where, the plan the membership carries, and the starter credits. Each provision is one audited action that writes the workspace and its first ledger row. A member's own login into the workspace is set up by our operator on request today; self-serve invitations are roadmap work.
02
Run the programme
Announce the season, the workshop or the deadline to every member at once. Where the Academy is switched on, members work through Founder's Ascension in their own workspace, applying each module to their real business and earning credits back. Each member's AI manager runs its own patrol, Monday pack and missions; the community's staff can reach any member workspace at the database layer.
03
Settle the month
The wholesale statement counts the credits the community granted across every member, priced at retail and multiplied by the community's tier. The community invoices membership at its own price. Members see their own balance, reserved credits and ledger in their billing panel; the price of every action is shown before it runs.
Three templates, one for each kind of member
| Template | Who it fits |
|---|---|
| generic-smb | The base: social campaigns, content, radar and media; a daily content draft, a daily radar scan and a nightly warehouse pass; auto-post off. |
| ecommerce | Extends the base with ads, classifieds and whitepapers, with a heavier posting cadence weighted to product posts. |
| local-service | Extends the base with leads, events and outreach sequences; a weekly lead re-enrichment, a daily event digest and review-reply drafting. |

03 — The economics for a membership
Member plans at the community’s price, credits at wholesale.
Take a membership plan that carries 1,500 credits a month, the Engine’s Core allotment. At Tier 2 the community pays $67.50 per member per month for those credits and charges whatever the membership costs. A member can spend the allotment on 6 legal drafts, or 187 researched leads, or one full-depth report and a month of briefings, and the price of each is shown before it runs.
Where the Academy is switched on, members earn credits back by doing the curriculum in their own workspace — the rewards are minted by the same ledger, inside a nation budget our operator sets for the community.
| Tier | Partner pays | Per credit | Per client on 1,500 credits / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 50% of retail | 5¢ | $75 |
| Tier 2 | 45% of retail | 4.5¢ | $67.50 |
| Tier 3 | 40% of retail | 4¢ | $60 |
What the community can see
A nation read-out of member company names, never their data, with the month’s credit emission against the nation budget, read by our operator on your behalf today. The Academy’s Hall of Founders ranks opted-in founders by progress alone; a member’s business data never rides the board. Preview applies to the Academy as a whole.
04 — Programme terms
One row, many members, one statement.
| Term | As it runs today |
|---|---|
| Wholesale tiers | Tier 1 pays 50% of retail, Tier 2 45% and Tier 3 40%. Retail is 10¢ per credit; the tier is set on your partner row. |
| Starter credits per provision | Chosen per client at provisioning, defaulting to the plan's monthly allotment. Partner-initiated grants are capped at 100,000 credits per provision; every grant is an append-only ledger row. |
| Plan builder | Plans live on your partner record: a name, a monthly price, a monthly credit allotment and a tool list. You set the price your clients pay; the Engine's retail prices never appear in that conversation. |
| Statement cadence | Monthly. Credits granted in the month × 10¢ × your tier, computed from the ledger by the same function on the server and in the console. |
| Templates | generic-smb · ecommerce · local-service — each records the client workspace's tool set, task cadence and generation defaults at provisioning. |
RoadmapToday your staff’s hub chrome carries your brand name and colour; your clients run on the Engine’s chrome, and reports, drafts and mail carry the Engine’s theme. Client-facing domain theming, branded transactional email and PDFs, session-level impersonation, self-serve partner signup and client invitations are roadmap items we build on request.
